Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, then secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
